As a psychosynthesis practitioner, you probably appreciate Psychosynthesis’ broad inclusive and integrative nature. But it is this very broad inclusiveness that could easily cause us to lose sight of the core ideas of psychosynthesis and its soul, until we can find ourselves wondering, “what of all I do in the therapy room is actually psychosynthesis?”
Assagioli was aware that it could happen, he wrote:
”Even if Psychosynthesis is presented as a synthesis of different therapeutic and educational approaches it is important to remember that is has its own original and central essence.” (Assagioli)

My name is Livia Frischer, I have been working as a psychosynthesis therapist and trainer for over 20 years, I even worked some years in Assagioli’s achieves. I have taught psychosynthesis’ theory & practice to students in few Institutes:, NIP in Oslo, SPI  in Göteborg and IVP in the Netherlands. I also gave many workshops applying psychosynthesis core principles to support psychos-spiritual development, and also supervise Psychosynthesis therapists in Göteborg.
Supporting and helping the development of those who study and practice Psychosynthesis is my passion and that is why I am coming to Oslo to give this special workshop for psychosynthesis practitioners, may they be experienced or beginners.

Reconnecting to the Soul of Psychosynthesis  9-11 February
The purpose of this workshop is to, strengthen, inspire and empower you in your work and expression of Psychosynthesis.

This workshop will focus on:
1. Refreshing & Deepening your contact with the soulful Attitude /approach of Psychosynthesis and its methodology and practice -
I will share with you The Matrix of the 4- Level Perception that is unique to Psychosynthesis and is at its core, its backbone and clearly shows what it is that distinguishes Psychosynthesis approach from other modalities of therapy.
Being more connected with Psychosynthesis’ ‘backbone’ will make you feel more strongly held, more grounded and clearer in your work, and you would be able to better hold your clients and support their healing process.

2.  Strengthening & Reviving your energetic Presence –
We will connect to the energy source of the soul for inspiration and empowerment.
We will also work with expanding your awareness to detect and then release some inner obstacles that inhibit your energy and diminish your presence.
I will share with you some of my own special practices that could help you to stay more vibrant and will support you to keep your energy level high so you do not become depleted of energy and still be present in spite of the demanding work.

3. Refining your skills –
Throughout the workshop, you will have opportunities to do different exercises and practice different techniques to refine your skills and maybe even expand your repertoire/ your toolbox.

As a Psychosynthesis therapist, You are the tool! You are an instrument in the service of healing.
Just like a dedicated violinist that has to daily take care of his violin and deeply listens to the music, so you too need to connect and tune in to the music of soul and take care of your instrument as a therapist.

Come and join us in to tuning into the music of soul and caring for your instrument and start this year with a fresh and uplifting psychosynthesis experience that will inspire you for a whole year.

The space we have for the workshop is not too large so the nr of participants is limited. The workshop is almost full but there are very few places left.
if you are interested in participating this is the last chance to register.

I hope to have the pleasure of doing some soul work together with you
